Barbara Perrotti


Combining a love of people and nature, you can find Barbara almost always painting en plein air, feeling just as much at home in the city, at the beach or deep into the landscape. In college she excelled in classical portraiture and soon sought to pose models in the open air. Barbara is proficient in the mediums of oil, pastel. and acrylic. She is listed in Who’s Who in American Art and was photographed painting on location for the premier issue of Plein Air Magazine. She took formal drawing lessons at the age of seven. Later studies included the Paier School of Art (CT) and workshops with such notables as Robert Brackman, Burt Silverman and Lois Griffel. She currently teaches at the Art League of Daytona and participates in Plein Air Events throughout Florida.
Ms. Perrotti is in several corporate collections to include the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Epcot- Orlando, Florida Hospital and Halifax Health Care to name a few.
